Applied Engineering Technology, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Design Engineer in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Typical day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around the design, development, and production of A/C cooling products.Minimum requirements includes a B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Ag Engineering, an eagerness to tackle a wide variety of challenges, 5-10 years experience in product development with a strong focus in air conditioning/refrigeration design, and experience utilizing SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or Pro/E. Experience establishing test specifications and protocols for any of the following: air conditioners, heat exchangers, fan trays and thermoelectric coolers.
