Engineering Design Case Study

Challenge: Tetra Pak had a concept for a new type of milk-packaging machine. However, Tetra Pak did not have the available internal resources to work on the project, so they turned to Applied Engineering.

Solution: AE provided experienced mechanical engineers with computer hardware and software dedicated to Tetra Pak’s project. AE developed the concept into a 3D CAD model, or virtual prototype, and then worked with local machine shops to manufacture the parts and assemble a working prototype.
